Dr. Jordan Adams, DC

Dr. Jordan’s mission is to help others harmonize their life from the inside out. She approaches care from a mind + body perspective to help people reach a new level of health for a more balanced and connected life no matter where they are in their journey. She leads her community and her patients towards more balanced living through gentle chiropractic care, craniosacral therapy, functional nutrition, community-based yoga classes, and inspirational writings.

She loves supporting new and expecting moms before, during, and after pregnancy and has additional training in prenatal chiropractic care as well as holds a Webster Certification for pregnancy. To further support her expecting moms, she offers online prenatal yoga classes for free on her YouTube Channel - Untethered Yoga.

When she’s not in the office or on her yoga mat, she is spending time with her family outdoors, volunteering in the community, or dragging her husband (Dr. Joe) into yet another home DIY project.

• Doctor of Chiropractic - Salutatorian; Magna Cum Laude; JWP Service Award (Parker University)

• Craniosacral Therapy Certified

• 500 hour yoga instructor + prenatal certified

• Postgraduate training in prenatal, pediatrics, functional nutrition
